Hamilton County Clerk Limits

Clerks can locate files, assess fees, issue process, accept filings, certify copies, collect costs, and point requesters to the correct office. They cannot prepare legal forms or give legal advice. The Sessions Civil FAQ says the clerk may help determine a filing fee but cannot prepare forms.
